You know those guys who at the cars shows with something so special they get to put a mirror under their classic? Want to join them? This 1969 Pontiac Firebird has been bathed in bold Hugger Orange even on its undercarriage. If that doesnt already entice youand#44; maybe the beautifully restored coupe bodyand#44; A/Cand#44; and performance-built 350 V8 will.

Lets start with what immediately grabs your attentionand#44; the paint. We called it Hugger Orange because thats the name most people know it byand#44; but real Pontiac fans know this is Carousel Red. Its a genuine 69 Pontiac colorand#44; but youve never seen it like this before. There has been so much invested in painting it from end-to-end youll swear youre looking at a candy-coated Firebird. Its obvious this coupe was built for showand#44; and so a huge investment in the best panel fit and straightest sheetmetal was made before the primer even went onto the body. Competing with the paint for shine is the outstanding brightwork in places like around the headlightsand#44; the beak-like front bumperand#44; and the stylish rear bumper. The package is finished off with iconic touches like the tachometer mounted on the dual cowl hood and the iconic American Racing Torq Thrust wheels.

You paid a little bit more for a Pontiac back in the dayand#44; and the difference can be seen inside where theres a delightfully upscale bucket seat interior. This is another place where the restoration is absolutely evident. The black vinyl on the seatsand#44; door panels and headliner feel like today is 1969. Black might attract heatand#44; but thats not your concern because this is a cold blowing air conditioned car. Theres nice wood paneling on the center console that also matches the texture surrounding the gauges and AM/FM/cassette stereo. But we bet what you really noticed was how the bold exterior paint was custom applied to the glove box lid and three-spoke sports steering wheel.

You should put on sunglasses before popping the hood. We dare you to find another component that can be turned into brightwork. There was over $3and#44;000 spent in rebuilding the engineand#44; so it is much more than just the show-worthy shine. Once you look past the chrome and amazing paint on the inner fenders and firewalland#44; theres a performance-built 350 cubic-inch V8. This has also upgrades such as a high-rise intake and four-barrel carburetor. It makes an impressive rumble from the dual exhaust. But when you look at those stainless pipes in the picturesand#44; something else grabs your attention. The full undercarriageand#44; suspension componentsand#44; and even the traction bars are painted orange/red. This is absolutely the kind of appearance that wins big awards. But dont be afraid to drive it to the car shows. With features such as power steeringand#44; three-speed automatic transmissionand#44; and front disc brakesand#44; this Firebird was built to be just as much a Saturday night cruiser as it is a Sunday show winner.

You know what people love to seeand#44; and this is it! Heres an exceptionally clean and custom build that even includes the restoration receipts and factory buildsheet to show the judges. We know youve been doing a mental tallyand#44; and so you know the paint and bodywork alone would cost you more than this Firebird is asking. So no matter if you call it orange or redand#44; youll be green with envy if you miss out on this deal. Call today!!!
