This is a factory A code car as well as a factory black car. It has under gone a full restoration. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exteriorand#44; interiorand#44; and driveline of the Fordand#44; but first we would like to tell you a little about us.<br /> Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family ownedand#44; operatedand#44; and own our entire inventoryand#44; no consignmentsand#44; and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We dont have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. Soand#44; thats how we can sell for less than other dealers. When you walk around this ride and look down the sides it has a laser straight body with good fit of the panels. The body is covered in the Raven Black which shows very well with a deep rich shine. Its complemented by the lower Red GT Stripes. As with any good build the glass was removed and new window seals were installed along with new weather stripping around the doors and trunk. The bumpers were replaced along with other chrome. All the trim around the glass looks great as does the grill which has the driving lights in it. To finish off the look its sitting on a set of Magnum 500s with Red Line tires. <br /> Nextand#44; we will take a look at the interior of the 65. On the inside its all done in classic black that looks new. It has the bucket seats and console with the factory floor shift. Being a 2+2 it has the fold down back seat. The dash all looks correct with only an upgrade to the radio. All of the interior trim is in good condition. The under dash A/C unit looks correct as well. <br /> Finallyand#44; we will take a look at the driveline of the Ford. Under the hood its all clean and neat with a 289 V8. Being an A Code this was a factory four-barrel carand#44; but it has been upgraded to an aluminum intake with a Holley Carb. Alsoand#44; it comes with Chrome valve covers and breather. It retains the stock manifolds with dual exhaust. The A/C has the correct style York compressor and all looks correct. The trans is a C4 Automatic with the stock rear end. Alsoand#44; it comes with Disc Brakes up front.
