1964 Pontiac GTO 389 tri-power 4 speed PHS coded HT project car. THIS is a hardtop coupe built with a 389 TRI-POWER engine and a M20 4-speed transmission with power steering and power brakes. This GTO WAS BUILT IN THE FREMONT. CALIFORNIA ASSEMBLY PLANT ON 3-11 64 AND SOLD NEW. White hardtop coupe with a black interior with the 389 tri-power engine with a 4-speed transmission with power steering and power brakes. I have a PHS coded real 1964 GTO hardtop. I HAVE 99% of the entire car but NO ENGINE or TRANSMISSION.
