1962 Chevrolet Nova

This little 1962 is a neat car. Just about everything on the car has been gone through, updated or restored. The engine, transmission, suspension and brake system have been done. The body, paint, chrome, and stainless trim have been restored as well and the interior is new. The exterior of the car is very nice. The bumpers, all chrome, glass, emblems and trim are excellent. Body and paint were done approx 6 or 7 years ago. The car shows and presents itself extremely well. The paint has a smooth texture and holds a high shine and gloss. This is one of those cars that seems to appeal to just about everyone. Words of praise and compliments are received every time I take her out of the garage. The interior is near perfect. Correct vintage bucket seats with all new carpet, door panels, headliner and restored dashboard. All trim, switches, knobs and chrome handles are beautiful. An updated radio has been installed in the factory location with a CD changer hidden in the trunk. The mechanicals of the car have been rebuilt with some desireable upgrades added. The straight 6 cylinder engine runs perfectly. The motor has a date stamp of December 65. Electronic ignition was added for dependability. Shes been updated with a new turbo-350 automatic transmission. The car has all 5-lug suspension with power steering and front DISC brakes. She steers easily and stops on a dime. Wiring and electrical components are primarily new. Lights, gauges, wipers, heater etc are fully functioning. New 17 inch wheels and tires. With the 5-lug suspension and turbo-350 trans, this car is ready for a V8. That would be a rewarding and straight-forward task but I didnt have the heart to change her. I have a binder of everything done to the car. I also have more pictures if needed.
