Mercury Woody Wagon. I am the owner of Extreme Kustoms and I know the end and outs of Mercurys and you will not find another Woody with the steel this solid and straight. The factory inner and outer rockers, roof drip rails are in very good condition. The body has been media blasted inside and out and sealed with an epoxy primer. The only area of the floor pan that needed any attenchion was right behind the front seat so thats been corrected and the underside of the body is now sealed with an commercial undercoating. The front clip sheet metal is from a 1951 Mercury and is also very solid and straight, media blasted and sealed in an epoxy primer just like you see the body here. Custom built Mercury frame with Hi Tech Air Ride Suspension so it will truly handle and drive like a Sport SUV yet will Lay Frame, Up front it has Strut style IFS, Power Rack steering and large 13 Disk Brake and not your Street Rod MII crap, In the rear it has an IRS 8.8 posie rear end setup with big 11 Disk Brakes, The orginal mercury frame main rails have been boxed front to rear, Motor and trans mounts LS motor and 4L6e trans but can be easily changed to work with Ford DOHC V8 and AOD, The frame has been powder painted gloss black and it comes with 16 rollers pictured here. Also has the stock dash, Window garnish moldings, Rear 3pc bumper and the rear spear tire housing. No Wood, No Engine or Transmission, No Seats, No Grill, No Lights and No Steering Column.I have had more than a few inquires wanting to know if I would sell the Frame only and for how much. The answer is YES $14k or you can buy a Art Morisson frame for 20k+ that will require your floor pans to be butchered and will not handle or drive as good !!!!If you need someone to finish this build we can talk
