Up for sale is an outstanding 1936 Terraplane 2-door sedan. This vehicle has been restored and is 100% ready to drive anywhere reliably. All mechanicals are in excellent condition and are fully functional, and the car has been completely and professionally re-wired with correct materials and components. The body and structure are solid with no rust to be found, and the interior has been completely redone with correct materials. This was the last year for the desirable suicide doors, and the first with four-wheel hydraulic brakes.</p><p>During the re-wiring process turn signals were added to enhance safety, and these were integrated seamlessly with the existing outside lights. Other goodies include an original restored Hudson heater under the dash, concealed tach and water temp gauges, and a concealed CD/I-pod/Radio unit which has been integrated with the original radio speaker. Even a close study of the interior does not betray the presence of these modern additions. The firewall and floorboards were also treated to a layer of Dynaliner and Dynamat, which makes the ride even more cool and quiet.</p><p>This Terraplane starts instantly, idles just as it should, and drives perfectly. Everything is tight and it is truly a pleasure to take her down the road. The brakes stop extremely well with no pulling or drifting. The tires are in great condition and are crack-free, including the spare. There is nothing that this car needs to be a dependable driver- just turn the key and hit the road!</p><p>The history of this Terraplane is fully documented back to its original bill of sale which is included.
