Purchased in 1998 from a car broker in Illinois. He told me that he got it from the son of a older (deceased) retired Chicago Policeman who had purchased it from the police department impound. It had been confiscated from one of Chicagos many gangsters. I have owned it since, and keep the car in a heated garage and drive it only in the summer on special occasions. Ive kept the car in continuous running condition, starting and running it regularly.<br> This beautiful Packard comes original and includes many factory options. It also sports the original 1924 Illinois license plate.
