1915 Ford T Touring. The body is an original. It has a quick change cover on axle and a 46 Ford engine. It runs like a top. There are many rare and expensive hot rod parts including a vintage fat man folding steering wheel, antique radio, repro brass radiator and working pair of brass cowl lamps which came off Ed Roths Tweedy Pie. This Touring T comes with an original title and many extra parts to finish. I considered parting it out but it is too cool and should be completed and put on the road. This car was originally a post war hotrod and I planned to build it as it as same. It would be a very cool eye catcher. BODY: The body is very solid and all original Ford and in beautiful shape with rust only on lower rear shell. The front fender aprons and running boards are in very good condition with original paint that I planned to keep. Windshield and brass supports are original. Rear bumper is a 54 olds with 50 Ford t/lights and choice of king bee or Deitz headlights (installations not completed). Firewall is from a 1922, allowing more room for a V-8, Original T windshield is early ENGINE: 46 Ford flathead with offy heads, 2x2 Thickson hi-rise manifold, Stromberg carbs (professionally rebuilt) and Thickson finned aircleaner, 12v heavy duty finned coil, canister oil filter, canister fuel filter, etc. all old school. I bought the engine out of an original running 46 Ford. We pulled the heads and pan and found it so clean with little wear that it didnt need rebuilding. The heads are high compression. TRANS: 39 top loader tranny totally professionally rebuilt at a cost of $550 with all new bearings and seals. INTERIOR Antique Fat Man folding steering wheel. Water jet cut custom instrument panel (no gauges installed). Seats are original material and rough but usuable. They come with some kind of pleated seat covers (not installed). Includes a 37 Ford radio head that was to be mounted in dash along with a pair of original drive-in movie speakers. CHASSIS: Frame is in great shape and has been modified to accept flathead engine. The front has 4 dropped axles with hydraulic brakes. The rear has a 41 ford axle on modified T springs and perches with a faux polished quick change cover. 1940 Ford X-member used as trans mount, wishbone mounts, pedals and master cylinder Parts Cost sheet available
